Please be so kind as to order the single catalogue (single price EUR 14,00 for Germany / EUR 20,00 for Europe incl. shipping costs) or the annual catalogue subscription containing 4 auctions (complete price EUR 50,00 for Germany / EUR 80,00 for Europe incl. shipping costs) by email or by document.
VIEWING
One week prior to the auction (Saturday - Thursday including Sunday), all offering is exhibited at our premises during the viewing time. Of course, the entrance is free.
Our specialists will be pleased to advise you. If you do not have the possibility to come to the viewing, we would be delighted to send you digital pictures of the lots offered in the upcoming sale.
CONTENT AND SCHEDULE FOR AUCTION
The auctions take place at Friday and Saturday at 11 p.m. The auctioneers will follow strictly the schedule for auction containing approx. 180 - 200 lots per hour. Please notice that the times given in the schedule give only an approximation, during which considerable delays may arise and that the auctioneer may vary the bidding increments of 10 % at his discretion.
There is no midday pause.
Reserved seats are limited and available only upon request in time.

Condition reports are available upon request made by phone or email. Please notice that requests have to be received in time.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A buyer's premium of 22% is levied on the hammer price. The premium includes the VAT of 19%.
PAYMENT
The total amount including the buyer's premium and the VAT must be paid by the present purchasers immediately following the knockdown. In this case, payment can be done in cash or by a confirmed cheque (EC-card). A payment by credit card is not possible. Buyers who have submitted written or telephone bids, have to pay the purchase price and the total amount upon receipt of the invoice and within 10 days.
In the case of bank draft and payments made in foreign currencies, any exchange losses and currency conversion fees must be borne by the buyer.
SHIPPING
The buyer is obliged to take receipt of the property items immediately after the auction. If it is not possible to pick up the property items personally, the packing, insurance and shipment of auctioned items shall be made at the cost and risk of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse the shipment of specific lots (e.g. items which contain quicksilver).
The customer shall immediately examine the objects delivered with regard to potential losses during transportation or other external defects and report these immediately to the shipping company. Later reclamations cannot be accepted.
POST AUCTION SALE
During four weeks following an auction unsold items will be on display at our premises and can be purchased at the limit price plus the buyer's premium of 22% including VAT.
